About Avaye Fajr Charity Institute
The Avaye Fajr Charity Institute in Torbat was registered on August 6, 2013, under registration number 127 and national ID 14003406471. The goals of this center include the care of orphaned and underprivileged children aged 3 to 6 years on a 24-hour basis and providing all necessary services to the children (including care, supervision, and development aimed at ensuring the physical, mental, and social health of the children based on operational guidelines) as well as meeting all the needs of the children, including food, clothing, health care, and other necessities in a manner that is acceptable to the Welfare Organization of the country. The center also aims to provide necessary items and equipment in accordance with the regulations of the Welfare Organization.
This center strives to the best of its ability to accept a number of these children and care for them in an environment as similar to a home as possible, facilitating their education, growth, and integration into society similar to that of ordinary individuals, while preventing the increase of social issues. In addition to caring for these children, the center has created job opportunities for 13 efficient and committed staff members whose qualifications have been approved by the Welfare Organization. Since 2013, a total of 192 children have been admitted to the center, of which 130 are permanent residents and 62 are temporary (ranging from one day to two weeks). Since the beginning of the second half of 2014, there have been 36 cases of adoption, 45 cases of return to families, and 39 cases of transfer to other centers.
