The Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin group of factories was established in 2018 on an area of over 20,000 square meters, comprising four production units: carton manufacturing, foam production, plastic film production, and various types of glaze production to meet the needs of tile and ceramic factories. It wasn’t long before customer satisfaction with the high quality of Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin’s products disrupted the balance of supply and demand, prompting management to include the expansion of production in their goals. Now, after five years, we are witnessing significant growth in the Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin group of factories, with customer satisfaction at an all-time high. By the end of 2022, production capacity had tripled, increasing the total area of the factories to 60,000 square meters. Soon, with the opening of sanitary ware production lines, the total area will reach 90,000 square meters by the end of 2023, directly creating 160 jobs.
The glaze production unit in the Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin group of factories produces over thirty models of various types of engobe and glaze, meeting the needs of tile and ceramic factories. Additionally, the production units for carton manufacturing, foam production, and plastic film production operate continuously to fulfill the requirements of third firing tile and ceramic factories.
In the first half of 2023, with the launch of sanitary ware production lines at Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin factories under the brands Bergamo and Anik, we will become the largest producer of sanitary ware in the eastern part of the country.
The sanitary ware factory of Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin, equipped with modern European machinery and technology, is capable of producing various types of Western and Iranian toilets, washbasins, and a variety of wall-hung models with quality and European standards.
The significant qualitative and quantitative growth in the Ceram Arai Fajr Zarrin group of factories is due to the tireless efforts of the managers and hardworking employees who deeply believe that customer trust in product quality is the organization’s greatest asset.
